FREE AND CLUB

Runome Free or Club: choose by the running task

Begin with the task you want to complete. Free and Club differ by specific capabilities, not by whether a run matters enough to analyze.

Choose a task before a membership

Do you want to review a recent run, follow a 5K path, examine a long history or use a specialized recording feature? Write down the task and check its current access in the app. This is more useful than choosing a membership from a long undifferentiated feature list.

The distinctions below reflect the reviewed Runome access policy for this article. The in-app Club screen is the place to confirm your current entitlement, available offers and local price. No price or trial eligibility is assumed here.

Data availability remains a separate requirement. Club access does not create a sensor stream that the original recording lacks.

Keep unreleased capabilities out of the decision

Sleep Intelligence is currently disabled in the reviewed release configuration. Do not choose Club on the assumption that this article announces it as available. An access-policy entry or an older marketing description is not the same thing as an enabled feature.

Likewise, camera pulse readings support a reconstructed curve; they are not continuous camera measurements throughout a run. The capability is useful only when its actual measurement model matches what you want to do.

Try the specific workflow

Use an available recent activity to inspect the relevant screens and the information they require. For a Training Path, check the distance and schedule inputs. For advanced analysis, inspect which underlying streams exist. For a sharing workflow, check which values are selectable for that recording.

Continue with reviewing an adaptive plan, setting a Ghost reference or understanding camera pulse data. The web running calculators also let you explore the basic arithmetic before connecting an activity.
