What can Runome connect?
Runome supports Apple Health plus Garmin, Suunto and Polar connections. Compatible clients can send Samsung Health data, and runs can also be recorded or added manually.
Why is a value unavailable?
Some calculations require synchronized heart-rate, pace, cadence, route or elevation streams. Runome omits results when the required evidence is missing or unreliable.
What does the score mean?
Run Quality summarizes available economy, durability and form evidence for one run. Terrain is a separate demand index and does not raise or lower it.
How does a plan adapt?
Recorded runs match nearby planned workouts by date and distance. Once per week, completed distance can reshape only the active and future weeks.
What does Club unlock?
Club expands trend history and metrics, Insights, long-distance Training Paths, Race Readiness, challenge formats, custom heart-rate zones and Lab Share.
Is Runome medical advice?
No. Runome describes patterns in recorded training data. Recovery, readiness and prediction features cannot diagnose illness, injury or fitness to train.

Controls stay in the app.
Sync or recalculate
Data Sync contains provider connection, backfill, auto-sync and disconnect controls. Settings also includes metric recalculation when an import has completed but analysis is still missing.
Remove an activity or a source
You can delete one activity, all activity data or one provider’s imported data. Removing one provider does not remove a run that still has another valid source.
Withdraw health-data consent
Data Sync lets you review or withdraw health-data purposes. Withdrawal disconnects providers and permanently deletes imported workouts, routes, streams, recovery records and derived analytics while leaving non-health account state available.
Delete the account
Account Management contains complete account deletion and session controls. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion at runome.com/delete-account.
